Semiconductor industry
In semiconductor manufacturing, vacuum pumps are used in vacuum deposition, etching and other processes in the wafer manufacturing process. Water pumps are mainly used to cool semiconductor manufacturing equipment. During the vacuum deposition process, the vacuum pump creates a high vacuum environment so that the material can be evenly deposited on the wafer. The etching process also requires a vacuum pump to maintain a specific vacuum degree. The water pump provides circulating cooling water for the cooling system of equipment such as lithography machines and etchers to prevent the equipment from overheating and ensure the accuracy and stability of the equipment.
