Petrochemical Industry
In petrochemical production, vacuum pumps can be used to extract gas from reactors, create a vacuum environment to promote chemical reactions, and are also used in vacuum distillation of oil products. Water pumps are mainly used to transport various chemical liquids and supply water to cooling systems. During integration, when a specific chemical reaction is carried out, the vacuum pump is first started to reduce the pressure in the reactor to the required vacuum degree to make the reaction more efficient. During the distillation process, the vacuum pump maintains the vacuum state of the system to ensure that the oil products are vaporized and separated at a lower temperature. The water pump continuously provides circulating cooling water for cooling equipment such as condensers, cooling the distilled gas into liquid for recycling. Such integration ensures the safety, stability and efficiency of the chemical production process.
