The YW submersible pump is a vertical single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump structure. This series of pumps is a semi-open impeller. A stirring blade is provided at the extension of the impeller suction side. A cutter that can crush fiber weeds is installed on the front cover. During operation, the pump is refluxed and stirred, and mechanically crushed to prevent blockage. The YW pump is a single-stage single-suction, submersible centrifugal pump. The hydraulic components, bearing body and support plate of the pump are connected by a connecting pipe. The liquid is discharged from the outlet pipe. The impeller is a semi-open impeller, and a stirring blade is provided at the extension of the impeller blade inlet. It can transport medium containing particles. The maximum submersible depth of the pump is 10m. When the submersible length exceeds 1.5m, a shaft connection structure must be adopted, and a rolling bearing (grease lubrication) is installed near the shaft connection, and a coupling sleeve is used for connection. The rolling bearing under the pump is isolated from the liquid surface by a mechanical seal and does not contact the liquid. The pump bearing has sufficient rigidity to ensure the balanced operation of the pump. If it runs in depth, a suction pipe can be added (specified in the contract).
It is mainly used for pumping concentrated liquid, thick oil, oil residue, dirty liquid, mud, mortar, quicksand and flowing sludge in urban sewage ditches, as well as fluids containing mud, sand and slag and corrosive liquids in industries such as environmental protection, municipal engineering, thermal power plants, gas coking plants, oil refineries, steel mills, mining, papermaking, cement plants, food plants, printing and dyeing. The YW type can also pump large and medium-sized biogas tanks of various human and animal feces and sewage, and is used for discharging materials in biogas projects.
