1. The WQ(D)-S series of all-stainless steel precision casting sewage and waste submersible electric pumps adopt a unique single- and double-channel impeller structure, which greatly improves the passing capacity of sewage. According to the product model, it can pass fibers with a diameter of 5 times the pump diameter and solid particles with a diameter of about 50% of the pump outlet diameter.
2. It adopts fluororubber double-end face mechanical seals and fluororubber radial O-ring seals to effectively seal and protect liquids in harsh environments.
3. It adopts precision casting pump casing, which is light in weight, corrosion-resistant, energy-saving, beautiful in appearance, and easy to maintain. It does not need to build a pump room and can work as soon as it is submerged in water, reducing the project cost.
4. Overheat and current protectors are installed in the electric pump to prevent the motor from overloading and heating.
5. Anti-corrosion electrical wiring, PTFE mechanical seals, and high-temperature liquid parts can be customized according to special customer requirements.
